the widest expanse of land within their pack lands just so happen to be literally translated as "the field of light" - for during the day time, in the light is the what illuminates everything. everything has some kind of shimmer to it within the field's light, and it is a healing glow- on the outskirts of the field are numerous caves which dwell and hold most of the pack hideouts. But during the day within the pack land everything is alive with a symphonic sound chirping and singing together as one. Of course there are many flowers and trees and lots of greens through out the area- nor is it ever to cold nor to warm, it's always just right. Although there is everything within this field- there is also a largely hollow tree, dead center of the field, where most pack meetings occur. It is flowing with ancient magics- the energy of the entire land powered through this one mother system, the roots within this tree protrude from the ground and allow mobile access as a communication device throughout all of their lands.
